Returns & Exchanges
- All Returns from the week are processed on a Friday, and exchanges will be dispatched on the following Monday (except on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.

For both exchanges & refunds, you will need to pay the return postage cost back to our warehouse (International Returns may cost more) We are not able to offer Free Returns or refund any postage costs.

Please complete the returns card you received with your order (this is on the reverse of your invoice) to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card - please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.

Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction - we are unable to refund to any other source.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tags attached. We will then process this as a refund. If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, we will not issue a refund and we will return the products to you.

Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned.

Exchange Terms
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the date you received your order.
An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, please clearly indicate which size you would like to exchange to. We will then send your new garment to you within 5 working days, if we do not have the size you have requested in stock, we will automatically refund you for the returned items.

Super comfy like all of Tuttis Brazilians and the colour is stunning. Personally I wish the keyhole design at the front had been a little smaller as I thought it drew attention to my tummy.

Beautifully soft and comfortable to wear. I find the cutout just about the right size for me: any bigger and I'd worry too much of my belly would be hanging out. Front the back though it's just so pretty and wow!

This set is super comfy and supportive while still making you feel cute as! I was worried that the longline style would roll up under my bust, however it sits perfectly. The undies have a little bit of stretch however they still are firm enough to offer coverage and support. I recommend!

These fit really well but because of my belly, it kinda sticks out through the cut out on the front. It's not an issue for me at all as they look so cute!

First off this is such a beautiful set! The colour is gorgeous and the lacey material is stunning. I don't have any actual complaints in the set to be honest. My only gripe would be the cut out on the briefs isn't my favourite thing. I wish it was either not there on the front or a little smaller but it's not going to stop me wearing it again!
