Returns & Exchanges
- All Returns from the week are processed on a Friday, and exchanges will be dispatched on the following Monday (except on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

Please return items to our warehouse within 28 days of receipt.

For both exchanges & refunds, you will need to pay the return postage cost back to our warehouse (International Returns may cost more) We are not able to offer Free Returns or refund any postage costs.

Please complete the returns card you received with your order (this is on the reverse of your invoice) to help us correctly process your items. If you have misplaced the returns card - please email us for a replacement at hi@starkersgroup.com.

Online refunds will be made to the same source in which we received your order IE Paypal / Apple pay / Google pay as per the original transaction - we are unable to refund to any other source.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the swing tags attached. We will then process this as a refund. If items are returned in an unacceptable condition, we will not issue a refund and we will return the products to you.

Where Briefs and Bodies have hygiene stickers, this must be intact, and in place when the garment is returned.

Exchange Terms
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of the date you received your order.
An exchange will be processed once we receive back the original order, please clearly indicate which size you would like to exchange to. We will then send your new garment to you within 5 working days, if we do not have the size you have requested in stock, we will automatically refund you for the returned items.

This set is my go to when I want to add some cheekiness to the day but also need support, Daphne supports the best I’ve worn from a bralette and is so pretty on the eye.
Racer back, comfy thick under band and the lightest material really make this a lightweight but practical set. More colours needed please!

The Daphne Bralette is gorgeous. The cheeky little cut out on the bust still gives you a great shape under clothing and gives your partner a flash of the goods when unclothed. Comfortable too which is very important for myself especially when working 12.5hr shifts.

Honestly I love the design! Even as an H cup, this bralette still fits pretty good! I wouldn’t trust bouncing in it but it’s a great fit and a cute look!

I have tried many different sets and loved every one, however this one is my new fave!!
It covers me in all the right places and is super comfortable for long term wear!! I would also recommend it for someone with larger boobs as it is quite wide at the front so easy to keep your girls in place!!
