Ladies, let's be honest. We all know how, ahem, challenging it is to find the perfect bra. When it comes to special occasions, we want the perfect bra that not only fits right but also looks great under our outfits.
That's where plunge bras come in!
You might have heard about them but still have some questions. What exactly is a plunge bra? What's the difference between a regular bra and a plunge bra? Why is everyone talking about them? Fear not, because we've got you covered! In this post, we'll explain everything you need to know about plunge bras.
First of all, let's define what a plunge bra is. A plunge bra is a type of bra that has a low-cut center front, meaning that the fabric between the cups dips down lower than other bras. The cups of a plunge bra are angled towards the center giving you a more cleavage-enhancing effect, and you can wear it with low-cut tops and dresses without having to worry about your bra peeping through.
So why is everyone talking about them?
Plunge bras are a perfect choice for low-cut tops and dresses. No one wants their bra peeking through their outfit, and say goodbye to the unsightly "double-boob" effect you can sometimes get with regular bras when wearing a low-cut piece of clothing. Plunge bras are designed to keep everything in place, while creating a flattering lift and ultra-enhanced cleavage. And let's be real, who doesn't want a little boost in that department?
Another reason why plunge bras are so popular amongst women is that they provide excellent support, making them ideal for women who are larger chested and want to wear lower cut tops without showing off too much skin. The cups of the bra are molded or sewn in a way that they don't create any uncomfortable bulges or gaps. They are suitable for most breast shapes and sizes, making them a versatile addition to any lingerie drawer.
So what's the difference between a plunge bra and a T-Shirt bra? The primary difference is the cut of the center of the bra. Plunge bras have a lower-cut center, while T-Shirt bras typically have a higher-cut center panel. T-Shirt bras are designed to provide support and coverage, while plunge bras are designed to be sexier and more versatile. However, some women find regular bras more comfortable for everyday wear, while plunge bras are more suitable for special occasions or certain clothing styles.
Lastly, let's talk about how to wear a plunge bra. Ensure that the cups fit correctly and that they're not too small or too big, as this will affect the look of your bra.
Plunge bras typically run true to size, but it's always best to make sure. When wearing your plunge bra, ensure that the underwire sits snugly against your chest and that the band is not too tight. You can adjust the straps as necessary to give you the best fit.
So, there you have it, everything you need to know about plunge bras. They are versatile, sexy, and perfect for low-cut tops and dresses. They provide support and comfort, making them suitable for most breast shapes and sizes. A plunge bra is an essential addition to any lingerie collection, giving you a beautiful and comfortable lift. The next time you're shopping for a special occasion bra, try a plunge bra and see the difference it makes!

]]>So whether you’re a newbie to bra shopping or a seasoned pro, it pays to know the different bra cup shapes available and what each one does for your bust.
1. Full Cup Bra
The full cup bra is a classic style that provides maximum coverage and support for your bust. This type of bra features cups that cover the entire breast, making it suitable for women who want fuller coverage. Full cup bras are also great for minimizing the appearance of cleavage and for providing a more rounded shape.
2. Balconette Bra
The balconette bra is a style with cups that lift and push the bust upwards, giving a more lifted and rounded appearance. This type of bra is great for creating cleavage. Balconette bras come in different styles, some with more padding or underwire for added support.
3. Plunge Bra
A plunge bra is designed to create a low-cut neckline while still offering great support and lift. The cups of a plunge bra are usually angled and feature a deep V-neckline that plunges down to below the bust. This type of bra works great with low-cut tops and dresses.
4. Triangle Bra
The triangle bra is a style with two triangular cups that are usually unlined and without padding or underwire. This type of bra is great for a natural, relaxed look as Triangle bras offer less support.
When it comes to bra shopping, finding the right cup shape is just as important as finding the right cup and band size. Each cup shape is designed to flatter your curves and provide the right amount of support and coverage for your bust. While these are just a few examples of the different bra cup shapes out there, it’s important to try different styles and find the one that works best for your body type and personal preferences.
At the end of the day, the perfect bra should make you feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful.
]]>Ladies, let's talk about balcony bras!
It’s the type of bra that gives you the perfect lift and adds volume to your cleavage. You may have heard of it before as a half-cup bra, but it's simply a bra that enhances your natural curves.
Gone are the days when you have to settle for a boring regular bra that flattens your chest. In this blog post, we'll talk about what makes a balcony bra different, how to wear it, and some of our favorite ways to rock it.
First, let's dive into what makes a balcony bra different. Unlike other types of bras, balcony bras have cups that expose more of the upper part of the breast, leaving the lower part of the breast covered.
This style emphasizes and enhances the top part of the breast, giving it an amazing lifted look. The straps on a balcony bra are also set farther apart, giving you added support and comfort. The underwire on a balcony bra is wider and lower on your chest, too. It's amazing how some slight changes to a bra’s design can completely transform your look!
Now that you're familiar with the features of the balcony bra, let's talk about how to wear it. Balcony bras pair perfectly with low-cut clothing such as V-necks, scoop necks, or off-shoulder tops. This type of bra is also great for smaller busts, adding shape and creating curves. You can wear it under a fitted t-shirt for a more casual look or pair it with a dress for a night out. It's best to avoid wearing a balcony bra with high-neck clothes or thick material because it can create an awkward bulge.
If you're looking for new ways to rock your balcony bra, we’ve got you covered. Go for a sultry look with a lacy or satin balcony bra in a bold color like black or red. You can also pair a balcony bra with a matching brief for a complete and put-together look. Add a touch of bling with a dainty necklace or statement earrings and you're all set! Don't be afraid to mix and match colors, too. A bright-colored bra can make a plain outfit pop.
Another way to wear a balcony bra is under a blazer or jacket. Choose a bra in neutral colors such as beige or nude and pair it with a statement piece of outerwear like a leather jacket or blazer. You can also wear a balconette bra with a strappy tank top or a pinafore dress. The options are endless, and it's all about experimenting with your personal style and finding what works best for you.
Balcony bras are designed to make you look and feel confident and sexy. This type of bra can take your style to the next level and boost your self-confidence. Whether you're going for a casual or dressy look, a balcony bra can be the perfect finishing touch to your outfit.
Remember to always invest in quality lingerie that fits you well and feels comfortable. Balcony bras are not only stylish but also incredibly supportive, allowing you to feel your best throughout the day. So, go ahead and try on a balcony bra, trust us it will be one of the best decisions you ever make!

]]>The brand that adorned my boobs back then was “Rosy” – originating in France and established in 1947! I just had a google and came across an article written in 2014 by the fabulous blogger Cora Harrington (“The Lingerie Addict”) – a Lingerista extraordinaire and expert in the world of boobs, bras and knickers. This article link can be found here if you are interested to find out more on the history of this French lingerie.
Through my eyes this bra was a canvas, a piece of art. The fabric, mink coloured, soft silk with mesh inserts along the cup neckline that had a beautifully delicate embroidered flower in shades of pink, green and cream. The bra was non-wired and even after many years, remains inspirational for parts of the Tutti Rouge non wired bra collections. I remember trying it on and feeling comfortable, delighted, even joyous! - Not just the beauty of the workmanship but the way it worked, allowing my boobs to feel supported and ‘in place’. This moment probably forged my vocation and how beautiful lingerie can make a woman feel.
I still have that bra – it hangs in my bedroom, I still admire the design and beauty of “Rosy” - my first bra. 😊

]]>Christmas is a time of giving. It’s a time to share with your loved ones, and it’s so easy to get swept up buying thoughtful (and sometimes pricey) gifts for your friends and family, or to spend a whole lot of November and December enjoying office Secret Santa, Christmas dinners, Christmas parties, and (of course) Christmas movies. Love Actually, anyone?
But sometimes, during this time of warmth, we leave ourselves out in the cold and forget to show ourselves some love. Here’s why lingerie is the best gift you can give yourself this Christmas.
Feel Iconic, Look Iconic
There’s nothing more iconic than the moment in Love Actually that Alan Rickman’s mistress shimmies into her Christmas party dress whilst wearing that beautiful red lingerie, right? Sure, we hate her because she made Emma Thompson cry, but she really was 100% an icon.
Let’s be real. There’s very little in the world that can make a person feel strong, sexy and empowered like a matching set of beautiful underwear. It sounds like an exaggeration, but it really does do wonders. Feeling strong and sexy over a time of year often associated with eating too much and putting on weight is super important - accept your beautiful bod year round!
Get in the Christmas Spirit
Lingerie trends are just as seasonal as any other clothing. Whilst light breezy blues, nudes, pinks, and soft floral prints might be exactly what you feel like over spring and summer, autumn and winter do seem to call for something a bit darker and more sultry, maybe something lacy, or something in a christmassy red or deep purple. If keeping warm whilst feeling sexy is on your mind, try a beautiful bodysuit under a cosy sweater or smart work blouse.
Party On
Wearing lingerie that fits your body like a glove will make all your Christmas party outfits look even better on you. We know that the statistic that 80% of women are wearing the wrong bra size has been debunked, but the fact is that many women find their bras uncomfortable, or find themselves with boob-related back pain.
Contrary to what appears to be popular belief, your bra shouldn’t be uncomfortable. It shouldn’t be lumpy, or gape around any areas, or make visible lines under your clothes (unless you want it to). It can be even harder as a plus sized babe or a blessed-with-big-boobs babe to find something that fits well and gives the support you need, but good quality, sexy D+ bras do exist! Well made, well fitting undies will be super comfy and also enable you to continue looking heartbreakingly sexy.
Speaking of christmas party outfits - special occasions are worthy of special underwear. Whether you and your loved ones spend Christmas in your sunday best or in your PJs and trackies, there’s no denying that December is full of special occasions and fun events. Who says underwear isn’t as important as outerwear?
Splash Some Cash
Buying good quality lingerie is a good way to scratch that retail therapy itch, absolutely guilt free. If you’re bored of buying gifts for everyone else and you’re feeling the need to spoil yourself a little, lingerie really is a gift that will keep on giving, every time you wear it. It’s not like fast fashion that you’ll be done with in a few weeks. If properly invested in and cared for, your lingerie can last you for many Christmases to come.
Stay Healthy
Aside from aesthetics and self-love, the right set of underwear just does a body good. A bra that fits well will help you be more comfortable and improve your posture. Knickers made with good quality materials that fit your cute lil’ butt just right will not only save you from weird wedgies all day but will help improve the health of the delicate ecosystem thriving in your underwear. Seems only fair to give your body a fighting chance against all the alcohol, parties and food!
In our opinion, there’s very little in the world better to buy yourself than new underwear. Christmas is just our excuse.
]]>With the change of seasons comes a change in our wardrobes - and even our lingerie drawers. You’ve probably got your faithful bras and styles that you know will serve you forever, but underwear is subject to trends and fads, just as the rest of the fashion industry. If you’re looking to update your lingerie collection for the Spring/Summer season, here’s what we’re currently obsessing over…
Simple nudes
Fashion is more diverse and innovative than ever and many of us are experimenting more and more with personal style and more unique, bold pieces. With our outfit choices going beyond simple t-shirts and jumpers, body contouring pieces and seamless bras and pants are having a moment in the lingerie world. We’re looking for functional pieces in nudes and neutrals - again, a colour palette that’s huge with fashion brands everywhere - to keep our bodies looking great underneath our clothing. Our Jasmin EZT blush t-shirt bra will be your perfect companion for this trend and is a staple in any girls lingerie collection.
Velvet sets
If there’s one fabric we’re going to be seeing a lot of in the lingerie trends this coming season, it’s velvet. Many brands such as Calvin Klein introduced velvet sets last year and they were a huge hit, so we’re very pleased to see many other brands following suit. This luxurious fabric will see you through to Autumn/Winter and beyond and is guaranteed to impress for date nights and special occasions. This fabric looks especially gorgeous in pale pastels and rich, jewel tones.
Comfort is key
You might have known we were going to throw a bralette in here somewhere. Lingerie wearers everywhere are still loving them - and so are we! We wear our underwear every day, so why not make it as comfortable as possible? Comfort is a trend that we’re seeing throughout the fashion industry. Tracksuits, joggers and hoodies are the hot pieces of the moment - and our Instagram feed is full of them! This vibe is creeping into our lingerie drawers and we’re all grabbing for super soft and lightweight materials and as little underwiring as possible for that duvet day feeling in your back-to-back meetings.
High waisted knickers
High waisted knickers have gone from strength to strength in recent years. They’re a nod to old-time glamour and decades gone by. There’s a reason why they’ve been so popular in the past - they look amazing on pretty much everyone. Their high-rise means that curves are accentuated and as well as looking fabulous, they leave you feeling comfortable and secure - particularly if you’re having a day where you’re feeling bloated and not your best. High waisted knickers have got your back. Check out our Phoenix high-waisted brazilian knickers, available in staple black and nude colourways, plus baby blue and two different styles of lace.
]]>There’s much more to storing a bra than first meets the eye. A bra needs to lie in a certain way and has space to breathe when stored - and no, that’s not overly dramatic! Bras are arguably the most important item in any woman’s lingerie collection - perhaps even her entire clothing collection - so needless to say, caring for them in the right way is pretty important.
How you store your bras can affect how long they last, the shape they provide and how well they support your bust. It’s time to bring to order your favourite intimates...
Should I fold my bras?
It depends - does the bra have a moulded cup, such as a push-up or t-shirt bra? If so then no, it’s not recommended. It might save space in the underwear drawer but it can change a bras shape completely. Think about it - the whole purpose of a moulded bra is to mould the bust to the shape of the cup. If the shape changes, it’s going to look misshapen when it’s being worn.
Keep both cups puffed out by lining your moulded bras up in your draw, leaving a bit of space between them instead of just packing them all in. This keeps them in shape and in good condition, safe from any snagging on the hooks and underwires getting bent. If you want to be really extra, you can even buy special bra storage holders online - it makes grabbing your all-time faves in the morning so much easier!
For all your non-moulded bras such as your bralettes and sports bras, folding them in half is totally fine. Close the strap at the back first, fold the bra in half and then tuck the straps into the fold so that they don’t get tangled. Simple!
How should I arrange my bras?
For the true lingerie lover, sorting bras by style, colour or occasion makes the most sense. House all black bras together and all nude bras together, or all basics together and all date night bras together and so on and so forth. This will make life so much easier when putting together underwear choices in the morning or when you’re packing for a trip.
Speaking of packing, don’t just be mindful of bra storage at home. Treat them in the same way when you’re travelling if possible. Lay them flat in your suitcase, nested inside one another. You could even put balls of socks inside each cup to ensure that they don’t get crushed in transit.
If you adore bras as much as we at Tutti Rouge do, follow our advice and store your bras with love! You’ll thank yourself for it later when your collection lasts you many, many happy wears.

Bralettes have rocketed into fashion lately, taking over sales of the push-up bra for many retailers as we turn to festival inspired fashion and super casual vibes for our wardrobes. Calvin Klein and their signature bralettes have triggered an obsession within us for comfortable and fashion forward lingerie that we can wear as an extension of our outfits.
Why do we love bralettes?
Well, what’s not to love? We have to admit, they are probably the most comfortable lingerie option out there - particularly perfect for holidays and the summer weather. They’re lightweight, easy and soft and almost the younger sister version of a ‘real’ bra. They’re traditionally mainly wire-free and rather than being all about supporting, lifting and shaping, bralettes focus more on ticking that comfort box and lending to that loungewear feel that is definitely not exclusively for lazy sundays.
In fact, bralettes have become as much as a fashion accessory as they have a lingerie garment. Showing our push-up or t-shirt bras underneath our clothes can almost feel impolite and unnatural. With a bralette however, many are worn to be layered and seen as a part of your outfit - think pretty, delicate lace peeking out from underneath open knit jumpers, open back tops, sheer blouses and plunging necklines to add that bit of coverage and modesty whilst still keeping it subtly sexy.
Fuller bust bralettes
Fuller busts will not get on with every bralette out there. More coverage is needed - we’re talking thicker straps, more side coverage and just enough support to keep us comfortable. At Tutti Rouge, we work on striking that perfect balance between natural support and ultimate comfort.
Our Frankie bralette is the ideal example. It’s soft mesh and lace material make it super lightweight and comfortable but it’s fashion forward day-to-night style means it’s far from simply lazy-day attire. It features all the support you need whilst embodying comfort with a fierce edge.
Brazilian knickers
By definition, brazilian knickers are a cross between a bikini style knicker and a thong. They usually sit low on the hips with wide sides and a provide less coverage on the bum than a bikini cut brief. For many, they’re the perfect option as they sit comfortably across the bum, making them more desirable than a thong for many, and with a little less coverage, they are much sexier and alluring than your average knicker.
High waisted knickers
High waisted knickers have gone from strength to strength in recent years. They’re nod to a bygone era of fashion and give us all the subtle vintage, pin-up vibes. Their flattering high-rise mean your waist and curves are accentuated, giving the illusion of more of an hourglass figure. As well as looking fabulous, they’re comfortable and secure - especially if you’re bloated or not feeling your best. High waisted styles have got your back, because how can you feel like the best version of you if you don’t feel supported?
Tutti Rouge favourites
Combine these two favourites and you’re onto a winner. Our Phoenix high-waisted brazilian knickers are the perfect solution to feeling super comfortable, yet fierce and feminine whilst making the most of your curves. They feature a waist harness detail for an extra bit of sass and are available in your staple black and nude colour ways, plus baby blue, and two different styles of lace.

So, what is it about lingerie that makes us feel so wonderful and empowered? Perhaps it’s something to do with the liberation of being able to express our true selves. We live in a world where people make assumptions about women by the way we look and the clothes that we wear - but no one can say anything about our lingerie because no one else can see it. We may have to wear a uniform to work during the week, and we may wear our comfiest casual clothes on the weekend, but we can experiment and liberate ourselves to our heart’s content underneath!
Whilst the special people in our lives may appreciate a good lingerie set, it’s something that you should buy and wear for you that makes you feel and look as good as you deserve to. When it comes to your favourite lingerie set, feeling like the best version of you is essential and is the ultimate act of self-love.
Comfort is the new sexy
One of the best things about society’s recent lingerie obsession is that brands are putting comfort at the forefront at even the most intricate of designs, meaning the secure and cosy styles we’d usually grab for when we’re not feeling our best no longer have to be boring. It’s something that we’re passionate about here at Tutti Rouge, dedicated to creating fashion focused pieces with the utmost support and comfort. When we feel good whilst being comfortable, we’re unstoppable!
If there’s one piece of advice that we have for you, it’s to find a style that’s perfect for your figure and celebrates your body, making you feel a million dollars on a regular Monday in the office, during your weekly food shop or whilst you’re simply lounging at home. The most empowering thing about lingerie is that it is for you, and you alone.
Get empowered
True confidence comes from within and being comfortable within your own skin, not from what you wear on it. However, making the decision to wear lingerie that makes you feel empowered is a huge part of this. For curvy girls with a fuller bust, finding that lingerie is not always easy, which is why Tutti Rouge are so committed to creating fashion forward undies that fit you perfectly. We have a huge selection of styles and shapes, for cup sizes D to J and back sizes 28 to 44. Only the very best, stylish and comfortable styles find their way into our collections, so get ready to feel amazing every single day!
]]>Re-adjust your straps
The obvious culprit is the the length of your straps. Think about it - you probably wear the same bras over and over again, but never adjust the straps. Everytime you wear a bra, the sliders move a little and after a couple of washes, your straps are likely to lose its elasticity little by little.
Try tightening them every month to a ‘two finger’ tension, meaning you can comfortably fit 2 fingers under the strap. Be sure not to go too tight as you could cause some damage to your shoulders! If your straps are still slipping down after being tightened, you’ll know that there’s a different reason why it’s happening.
Check your bra size
When was the last time you were measured, if ever? If you’re wearing the wrong size, this could also be an indicator. Check your cups - if they are not completely filled, the bra straps are more likely to fall down because the tension isn’t there to keep the straps in place. Try the classic swoop and scoop technique to ensure that you’re filling the cup as much as possible and if there’s still gaping, then you’re going to need a different size.
Also, pay attention to the band. If the band is too loose, the straps will be set further apart which makes them more likely to slip off the shoulders. The bigger the band size, the wider apart the straps and vice versa. Remember - a number of things can cause our boobs to change in size and get smaller including health, age and weight loss. We recommend getting measured at least once a year to make sure you’re buying the right size.
Think about your body shape
The awesome thing about our bodies is that they are all so different! But it does mean that one size does not fit all - or one design, in this case. Sometimes, it comes down to the style of bra that you’re wearing. Different manufacturers have different designs and ways of making their bras and there may be certain ones that just don’t work for your body shape.
If you have narrow or sloping shoulders, then this can often be the cause of runaway straps and finding the right fit can be tricky. Stay away from wide straps and maybe try our Rougette ‘Ruby’ or ‘Alexa’ bra’s or Tutti classic’s, ‘Sukki’ and ‘Nichole’.
Treat yourself
If you’re losing it with your loose straps, do something about it! There is a reason why it’s happening and you deserve to be confident and comfortable in your bra all day, every day. Re-adjust your straps, check your bra size and think about your body shape - and treat yourself to some Tutti Rouge goodies!
We guarantee that saggy straps will be a thing of the past in no time.
]]>So, what is the difference between a padded and a push-up bra? Both are designed to enhance the appearance of our boobs, but they work in two quite different ways.
Push-up bras
Often described as a much cheaper alternative to a boob job, push-up bras do what they say on the tin - push your boobs up a little higher. When you hear the words ‘push-up bra’, you may think of an unnatural ‘fake’ looking effect, but with the right bra for your shape and size, this needn’t be the case. With padding of usually either foam or gel placed either side of the bra, push-up’s simply give the effect of a more rounded look by lifting your boobs, and enhancing your cleavage by bringing them together - so they’re great if you have a lot of space between your boobs.
They are also a blessing if you’re self conscious about sagginess. Let’s remember that natural sag is totally normal because, well, gravity! Plus, our boobs can be heavy - D cups alone can weigh 15 to 23 pounds. A push-up bra lifts breasts, giving them a little more shape. They also provide amazing amounts of support, which, we’re sure you’ll agree, is always welcomed for fuller bust ladies!
Padded bras
Yes, padded bras are tailored to make your chest appear bigger, but it is a common misconception that they are only worn by women with smaller busts. They can work for a fuller bust too as they’re perfect for enhancing what’s already there. They can compensate for slight unevenness between boob size or shape and are great for giving the illusion of a more rounded and firm look.
Another reason why many women favour padded bras is that they protect our modesty. Sometimes, the last thing you need is for your nipples to be on show. That protective layer of padding smooths everything over, meaning you’ll never be caught out.
There’s no reason that a fuller bust girl shouldn’t enjoy the comfort of a padded bra. They may not be right for everyone, but many are blissfully lightweight and subtle and it’s just a case of finding the right style and size for your boobs.
Enhance your assets
Push-up and padded bras are there to enhance what we’ve been blessed with. Don’t be self conscious about showing off your fuller bust. Celebrate your shape with all the lift, support and shape that you need to maximise your confidence.
At Tutti Rouge, we have a huge selection of busty lingerie for the girl who is sexy yet sophisticated, from back sizes 28 - 42 and cups D - J. Make us your first port of call in the search for your perfect bra and let’s make you unstoppable!
]]>There could be a few different reasons behind this. You may simply have just never been measured and told your actual size and have instead been working on estimations and guesses. You could be wearing the right size but the wrong style for your shape, leaving you with an ill-fit. Why settle for that when you could feel confident and stylish with the perfect bra?!
Alternatively, you may have had a professional bra fitting a few years ago and haven’t thought about your bra size since. The truth is, our breasts actually change at least 6 times over the course of our lifetime. We gain weight, we lose weight, we start a new exercise regime and build muscle, we change our diet and change shape, we get pregnant, we breast feed and we go through the menopause. Our boobs go through a lot! For this reason, we recommend getting fitted at least once a year to ensure that you’re getting the best out of your breasts.
Do it yourself
It’s super straightforward and simple to measure your bra at home. You will need two things - a non-padded, comfortable bra and a tape measure in inches.
Let’s give you an example. If you measured 32 inches underneath your bust and added 4 to get a 36 inches back size and your bust size came out as 40 inches, that would make you a 36D as there is a four inch difference between the two measurements.
The perfect fit
So, you’ve got your correct bra size and you’re ready to shop for your perfect bra. Make sure you try all kinds of different shapes and styles as there may be a few that don’t work with your shape as well as others. For instance, if you have a lot of space between your breasts, a bra with full underwire will be difficult for you to wear and you may be better suited to a balconette bra as the cups are further apart. Get it right and show off your curves in the best way possible!
Choose a bra that fits perfectly when secured on the outermost hook. As the bra inevitably loosens over time, you can make it taut again by securing it onto the next hook. With a well-fitting bra, you should be able to comfortably slide two fingers underneath the band - snug but room for movement. Take a good look at how it sits on your chest; the back of the bra should be level with the front and your breasts should sit midway between your shoulders and elbows when you are looking at them side-on.
Invest in your breasts
As soon as you invest in a well-fitted and good quality bra, we guarantee that you’ll notice the difference straight away. A good bra will feel comfortable from the moment you put it on and will provide all-day support, holding its appearance for many wearings and washings. You won’t feel the need to tug, pull or readjust throughout the day and you also won’t be able to see the outline of your bra under your clothes.
What you may not realise is that wearing the wrong bra size will not only look odd but can also give you breast pain, neck pain and headaches. If it’s not supporting you correctly, your upper body muscles will be working harder, adding extra unwanted strain. If your bra is too small it can even lead to shortness of breath as it will restrict your breathing, not to mention skin irritation. Being comfortable means you’ll feel confident and with confidence, you’ll be able to take on anything!
Girl power
When you buy yourself a selection of beautiful new bras, don’t throw out your old ones! Bras are the most needed, yet least donated item of clothing for women. Charity shops won’t accept used bras but there’s plenty of charities and initiatives that do. If you’re on the hunt for one, UK based charity Smalls For All will take your bras and donate them to women in Africa living in orphanages and slums, where underwear is widely unavailable.
